Community and Social Media Manager
Location: Fully Remote
Tiny Wizard is a rapidly expanding game development studio, dedicated to crafting innovative and captivating multiplayer experiences tailored for mobile device users.
We are currently seeking a Community and Social Media Manager to build from the ground up, cultivate and engage our gaming community across various platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Discord, Reddit and Meta. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, hosting community activities and fostering a vibrant community around our mobile game.

Responsibilities
Community Engagement and Moderation: Build and nurture relationships with players through forums, social media channels, and in-game interactions to foster a positive and active community.
Content Creation: Develop engaging text, image, and video content tailored for social media platforms to promote game updates, events, and community stories.
Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely responses to player inquiries and feedback.
Campaign Implementation: Plan and execute social media and communication campaigns that align with marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and player engagement.
Feedback Analysis: Monitor player feedback and store reviews, providing insights to internal teams to inform product development and customer support.
Event Coordination: Organize and participate in community events to enhance player engagement and brand loyalty.
Content Creation: Develop engaging text, image, and video content tailored for social media platforms to promote game updates, events, and community stories.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in in developing gaming communities, driving engagement, retention & growth
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, (Discord, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, other), influencer marketing and building online communities.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, perfect English written and spoken.
- Ability to analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with current gaming and community trends.
- Gaming experience is a must, mobile Shooter gaming experience a plus!
