Motion Designer (Marketing)
Location: Fully Remote

We are looking for a creative Motion Designer with a strong knowledge of static assets to join our team! You heard it right, we need the best of both worlds!
Your main goal would be to produce high-quality visual content that promotes our mobile game across various channels. You will create original static and video ads, SM assets, icons, logos, store assets etc. You will work with close collaboration with Head of Marketing and Art Director. This role requires proficiency in creating both static and video assets.

Responsibilities
- Asset Production: Create compelling static images and video content for UA campaigns, social media platforms, and the company website.
- Video Editing: Edit gameplay footage and promotional videos using industry-standard software to produce engaging marketing materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Content Management: Maintain an organized library of marketing assets for easy access and distribution.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in video production, graphic design, and gaming to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Data Driven approach: Сontinuously follow the performance of our ads and look for ways to improve them.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a marketing artist or videographer in gaming companies.
- Strong portfolio of creative, high performing static and video assets.
- The ability to drive an idea from conception to completion
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Expertise in Photoshop and Figma
- Additional knowledge in 3D production (Blender or Maya)
- Additional knowledge in Unity
- must have a good understanding of the games market and stay professionally up-to-date in current pop culture trends (i.e. social media, music, games, design, movies, tv etc) .
