We are looking for a creative Motion Designer with a strong knowledge of mobile game video ads to join our team and help expand our creative capabilities and grow the scale of our game!
We are looking for a creative rock star that can produce high-quality video Ad content that promotes our mobile game across various channels. You will work with close collaboration with Head of Marketing, Social Media Manager and Art Director.
Experience with static assets creation (Social media posts, static ads, store assets) would be a plus.

- Responsibilities
- Video Ad Production: Create compelling ad video content for UA campaigns, social media platforms, and other channels.
- Video Editing: Edit gameplay footage and promotional videos using industry-standard software to produce engaging marketing materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Content Management: Maintain an organized library of marketing assets for easy access and distribution.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in video production, graphic design, and gaming to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Data Driven approach: Сontinuously follow the performance of our ads and look for ways to improve them.
- Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a videographer or motion designer in gaming companies.
- Strong portfolio of creative, high performing video assets for mobile games.
- The ability to drive an idea from conception to completion
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma
- Expertise in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Additional knowledge in 3D production (Blender or Maya)
- Additional knowledge in Unity
- must have a good understanding of the games market and stay professionally up-to-date in current pop culture trends (i.e. social media, music, games, design, movies, tv etc) .
