Senior UA Manager

Tiny Wizard is a rapidly expanding game development studio, dedicated to crafting innovative and captivating multiplayer experiences tailored for mobile device users.

We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition (UA) Manager to spearhead our UA efforts for our latest game, a fast-paced mobile top-down shooter with unique gameplay features. In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing a UA strategy from the ground up, leveraging both existing and emerging advertising channels. You’ll work closely with the marketing, creative, and analytics teams to scale our game’s growth, improve campaign performance, and identify new opportunities in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute UA Strategy: Build and own a comprehensive UA strategy to acquire players across multiple regions and platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Unity Ads, AppLovin, and others.
  • Explore New Channels: Identify, test, and scale emerging UA channels and opportunities to diversify the acquisition funnel including country-specific channels.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs (CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV), and adjust strategies to meet performance goals.
  • Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work with motion designers and art team to develop impactful ad creatives tailored to specific audiences and platforms.
  • Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on UA trends, competitors, and market dynamics to ensure the strategy remains innovative and effective.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage UA budgets effectively to maximize returns while maintaining cost-efficiency.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Conduct regular tests on creatives, ad formats, and targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in mobile gaming user acquisition including soft-launch campaigns and global market expansions.
  • Knowledge of Ad Platforms: Deep expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic networks.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
  • Creativity and Initiative: Ability to think outside the box, come up with and test new ideas, and bring innovative UA approaches to the table.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills, with the ability to delvier reports in brief and easy to undestang manner.
  • Tools and Software: Proficiency with UA tools, MMPs (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer), and analytics platforms.
  • Passion for Gaming: A deep understanding of mobile gaming audiences and trends, with enthusiasm for the industry.
